About Tatva Logix

Engineering Innovation. Delivering Results.

An independent industrial automation engineering practice built around one goal: control systems that a plant's own team can read, modify and troubleshoot long after handover.

Who We Are

An Independent Engineering Practice

Tatva Logix takes its name from the Sanskrit tattva — the underlying principle of something. Projects start from the actual process and equipment, not a template.

Tatva Logix Automation Solutions delivers PLC, HMI, SCADA and Manufacturing Execution System engineering to manufacturing operations across automotive and material handling production environments. The practice is built on more than eight years of hands-on controls and manufacturing systems engineering delivered across OEM production programs in North America and India - spanning greenfield line design, retool and retrofit engineering, prototyping and technology-stack consulting, and live production support.

Automation architecture is developed to a defined standard rather than assembled ad hoc. Control logic is programmed to IEC 61131-3 conventions, functional requirements are documented before software development begins, and every commissioning activity follows a structured validation sequence from equipment energization through production sign-off. The objective is a control system that a plant's own engineering and maintenance staff can read, modify and troubleshoot without depending on the original programmer.

Every project is owned by a single engineer from start to finish, without being handed off between departments, and scope and timelines are set to what that engineer can reasonably deliver. As a young practice, Tatva Logix carries no legacy platforms or old commitments - current tools and standards from day one, with direct communication throughout.

How We Work

Project Execution Methodology

Each engagement follows the same structured sequence, from discovery through post-commissioning support.

01

Discovery

Review of existing equipment, process requirements and production constraints.

02

Requirements Definition

Documented functional requirements aligned to client specifications and process standards.

03

Functional Design Spec

Formal FDS documenting control philosophy, sequence of operations and interface requirements.

04

IO List Development

Structured input/output list establishing the hardware-to-software interface.

05

System Architecture

Control network, hardware and communication architecture across PLC, HMI, SCADA and MES layers.

06

Software Development

PLC, HMI and MES application development per IEC 61131-3 and the approved FDS.

07

Simulation

Offline logic and HMI validation prior to on-site deployment, reducing on-site debugging time.

08

Factory Acceptance Testing

Structured functional validation prior to shipment or site deployment.

09

Site Acceptance Testing

On-site validation against the approved FDS under live equipment conditions.

10

Commissioning

Equipment energization, sequence validation and production ramp-up support.

11

Training

Operator and maintenance training on system operation and diagnostics.

12

Support

Post-commissioning remote and on-site support for optimization and issue resolution.
